There is not a sign in place for the police department to act on, the city has to place signs first then the police enforce. Again you can not turn on Lee ave from Fentress with parking on both sides of Lee. Also the road is not wide enough to support dual side road parking with room for emergency vehicles to access the entire length of the road (to the dead end).

I noticed the problem driving south on Fentress. If a picture can be taken and posted, it would have an effect. It's obvious that there is only one narrow lane available for a normal size vehicle to pass. Emergency vehicles would be unable to pas or get around because of ditches.
