Thank you for attending to this matter.
This property owner continues to ignore the ordinance. On February 24 an inspector from BSEED visited the site, per her complaint and noted that the trash containers were placed in front of the house. He stated that they must be behind the front door line to be compliant.
Since then more debris has been place on the curb, straddling the neighboring property. These images were taken on March 1, 2023.

It is good that you have cleaned your property. I only ask that you obey the law and not continue to place debris on property that does not belong to you. We are attempting to Clean-up the Community and your disregard for the ordinance makes it difficult.
Attached are pictures of your staff member once again placing debris on a vacant lot that is not owned by you. This happen on Friday March 3rd. Additionally there are pictures of you driving up and verbally berating me.
It is against the laws of the City of Detroit to continue to place debris on vacant lots and moreover on property that YOU DO NOT OWN!
Please note! The Courville Containers in the back of your other properties should be removed to a place behind the front line of your house. Pick-up day is Monday and these pictures were taken on Friday. VIOLATION.
