The Hosmer Drain near Huron River Drive needs to be be cleaned out and repaired

It appears that the stream culvert under Thornwood, East side of the road, has broken open and has created a sink hole in the road surface.

Request to Wayne County to install a culvert for drainage. Our house is directly on Joy Rd, and in the easement, just before the culvert empties into a roadside ditch, there is a sink hole that's been growing in the grass the last year or two. When we first moved in (summer 2017) I thought it was some kind of animal hole, but after talking with some people, they suggested there might be a crack in the culvert that's causing the soil to give way. I contacted the City of Westland but they told me it was a Wayne County issue since Joy Rd is a county road.

The culverts on our street going all the way to Huron River Drive need to be dug out, and pipes cleared. Our drainage does not work properly. This process has not been done in at least 20 years

New culvert installed four years ago driveway was never repaired to original condition.
