>This is graffiti, and it is not the City's water tower. This belongs to Aqua Utilities. We will notify them, but graffiti being there is not a violation of any law, so it might be good if you followed up with Aqua to let them know you think it is unsightly. custserv@aquaamerica.com

This highway is maintained by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. NCDOT does not track See Click Fix inquiries. We have notified the District Engineer of this issue. To follow up directly with NCDOT, the number to call is 919-733-4699 for bridge maintenance and 919-733-2191 for the sound walls and other places along Interstate highways.
