Our technology is spatially enabled for real-time GIS queries, making the information more relevant and powerful on user-defined scales. Send us your administrative, council member, or neighborhood boundaries and we’ll easily import them.

Reporting Tools

SeeClickFix allows users to interact with our site however they please. We provide native applications for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry phones. Our mobile site is friendly for all other mobile phones. We also allow reporting through our widgets and voicemail.

Systems Technology

We use cloud based computing across two different service providers for optimum redundancy and availability. Backups are done daily and weekly and stored in two different locations. Because our data is completely open, you are also free to store it to your requirements in many different machine readable formats.

API and Open Data

SeeClickFix offers a full API for building tools on our technology as you wish. We also provide our data in machine readable formats for mashups or analysis.
