This is not the first time this has happened.
I have called City Hall Public Service which no one ever answers.
Ive argued with Advantage! Ive called City Ordinance. Ive called & emailed Bob Graham.
I am 67 and REFUSE to put my health in jeopardy. Ive lived here for 27 yrs. This trash will be strewn all over the street soon. And the city is responsible
