Danger from Vacant House
2007 Monument Ave. has been vacant for about 4 years and has fallen into disrepair. Now, chunks of wood trim are falling from the upper floor porch railings onto the sidewalk below and are endangering the safety of people walking on the sidewalk on Monument Ave. Additionally, there is broken glass all over the front porch but I cannot determine where it fell from.

This is a health and safety issue, endangering neighbors as well as adjacent properties, and maintaiing blight in a National Historic Landmark Historic District.
