Well I have requested a new trash can in February of 2020, because of that rat problem in the neighborhood My can was cracked when the garbage company picked it up one day and slammed it down . Well I called public works twice , Gfl twice , talked to Mayor McLeod over Facebook , and even had a city councilman call for me twice . I find things pulled through the crack cause rats will get in through the massive crack . I just talked to someone who purchased a second can and it was delivered with in two weeks! Why do the people on this stretch of Balfour get neglected by the city. ..
