WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A REPAIR 2 OR 3 TIMES A YEAR WITH NO HELP OTHER THAN SOMEONE COMMING OUT WITH A NEW BARRICADE !! WE NEED A FIX TO THIS DANGEROUS SPOT THAT IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF BOTH THE CITY SIDEWALK & ALLEY.!!!!!
